-Started working in 1975 as an Accounts Assistant, promoted to Accounts Executive. After passing his professional accounting degree, he worked as an Accountant in a rubber glove manufacturing company in Malaysia before coming to Singapore in 1990. -Started working in August 1990 for the Geotechnical Division of L&M, a division of a Singapore listed construction group who has operations in ASEAN countries as an Accountant. Promoted to Finance Manager of the division in 1994 and was transferred to L&M Group Investments Limited, as Assistant Financial Controller in 1996 in charge of group financial reporting to SGX and later promoted to Financial Controller of the listed Group in 1999 until he left in November 2004. |

| Joined Bauer in March 2005 as a Senior HR and Commercial Manager responsible for Human Resources and Commercial affairs of Bauer Far East covering ASEAN and Greater China. Promoted to General Manager of Bauer Singapore in 2008 to take charge of the Singapore operations as well as retaining the HR & Commercial portfolio. |
