Working Experience: 

- Since 1980, worked as Sales Manager and General  Manager in the areas of Russia, Northern Africa and South Africa
- Managing Director of Still Singapore Pte Ltd.
- Managing Director Linde Material Handling Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
In his time with Still and Linde, he covered the countries of South East Asia together with the regions of South Korea, China, Taiwan, New Zealand and also the Indian subcontinent including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

Bauer:

In 2008, Mr. Schwarz joined Bauer as the Managing Director of the Bauer Far East Group which comprises of its headquarters based in Singapore as well as the subsidiaries in Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Shanghai, Beijing and Tianjin, including three production sites. BFE Group is a subsidiary of Bauer Maschinen GmbH, Germany.
